I stumbled upon this site when doing some further research on my three times great grandfather Matthew Rowland. I have quite a number of adjustments to make to your study. Firstly Matthew was born on the 7th October 1796, but baptised in 1798. There are several innaccuracies with his siblings too, as the parents went in for multiple baptisms. Elizabeth was born in 1787 but she was baptised, aged 3, in 1790. Deborah was baptised privately in 1791 at two days old, second baptism in 1793 The Susannah you have in Bagber Tything cannot be her as the age is wrong. Dinah was born in1801 and was not baptised until she was 5 years old in 1805. She was married twice and so died as Dinah Moore in 1881 and not as Dinah Davidge. Joseph was baptised on the 11th February 1806, but was three years old at the time. He died in 1841. Thomas was baptised on the same day as Joseph, but I haven’t found his birth yet. This may seem like a lot of discrepancies, but I did my research at the relevant Record Office and have copies of the original documents as proof. My email contact is provided below.
